Malmö Museums document nuclear power resistance as a part of nuclear cultural heritage
As a part of the work at Malmö Museums to documenting the nuclear cultural heritage at Barsebäck Nuclear Power Plant, a visit to the ”Moder Jord” collective has been payed together with staff from Kulturen.
Members of ”Moder Jord” participated in the so-called Barsebäck protest marches which were anti-nuclear demonstrations in the late 1970s and early 1980s.
Malmö Museums want to document all aspects of the nuclear cultural heritage, and in that case is also nuclear power resistance of interest.
During the first visit one of the founders was interviewed, moreover museum got copies of photos, films and documents and some objects linked to the marches.
