Fieldwork at the Lithuanian Energy Institute

Linara Dovydaitytė visited the museum of the Lithuanian Energy Institute in Kaunas. The compact but material-rich exhibition preserves organizational memory of the state research institution that was once involved in the Ignalina Nuclear Power Plant site investigations and is now researching various factors related to decommissioning and radioactive waste management.

Egle Rindzeviciute participated in a fieldtrip to Onkalo

On 26-29 May 2024, Egle Rindzeviciute participated in a fieldtrip organised by Prof Ele Carpenter at Umeå University, as part of the Nuclear Culture Research Group. The trip was funded by a grant from the Swedish Research Council and gathered Prof Susan Schuppli (Goldsmiths), Alex Ressel (Griffith) and Erich Berger (Oulu).
